Our menu combines traditional dishes with modern influences, following seasonality and using ingredients from high-quality local producers. Every ingredient, from traditional to modern, is carefully chosen to bring authenticity, simplicity and taste to the dish, starting from the production of the simplest doughs such as handmade bread, fresh pasta rolled out with a rolling pin and desserts prepared on the spot, up to the most refined textures.

The biodynamic garden gives concrete help in the kitchen. Everything that is donated by nature is collected with respect, the rain donated by the sky is recovered and used to irrigate it. Every day we strive to limit the use of paper and plastic as much as possible, using steel containers and preferring organic and compostable products and detergents. We believe in a cuisine that respects the earth, tells stories and nourishes, even before the body, the pleasure of shared time.
