ROOTS OF AN IDEA

OsteRita, “L’Osteria di Rita,” was born in 2025 from an idea by Matteo Sivero. The project brings to life the restaurant that Grandma Rita had always dreamed of: the perfect fusion of traditional rural cuisine, the foundation of Italian culinary heritage, with the innovation and creativity that define Sivero’s approach. We bring to the table what is often taken for granted, but which has deep roots: flavors, emotions and memories. This is how Osterita was born: ours is a sincere cuisine, which does not seek the effect, but the essence. Like nature, which renews itself every season, we enhance with dedication the dishes that are symbols of our culture, an Italian pride that we want to preserve.
